About me
My name is Lanston Chu (朱孝文), a graduate student in the Computer Science department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My research areas include machine learning & deep learning. I am a member of Austerweil Lab working under the supervision of my academic advisor, Prof. Joe Austerweil. My another advisor is Prof. Yu-Hen Hu. Before coming to Madison, I was working as a pricing Actuary in Asia. I hold a Bachelor degree in Mathematics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and an Actuarial Science Masters Degree from Universite Paris-Dauphine.
